ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager for Jack Boyajian State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

With a background in industries like import/distribution, I developed a deep appreciation for customer service and efficient business operations, but it was the insurance world that truly resonated with me, giving me the opportunity to help individuals and families protect what matters most. Whether you're new to Pasadena or a long-time resident, my team and I are proud to serve Glendale, Los Angeles, East Pasadena, and nearby communities with personalized insurance options personalized to your needs.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- Our office is open 9:00am - 5:00pm Weekdays.
- We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
- We have 15 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
