RESPONSIBILITIES:
- MUST HAVE OR PURSUE a Property and Casualty License
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Able to multi-task phone calls, emails, texts from clients
- Able to quickly learn our platform and adapt to our office systems.

Whether you're new to Pasadena or a long-time resident, my team and I are proud to serve Glendale, Los Angeles, East Pasadena, and nearby communities with personalized insurance options personalized to your needs.
Compensation: $18.50 - $26.00 per hour
