ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an Account Manager for the Jack Boyajian Insurance Agency, you play a vital role in our daily operations and in helping our customers succeed. You grow the agency through meaningful customer relationships and act as a liaison between customer needs and the appropriate agency departments. You also improve customers’ lives by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth
- Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate options to customers
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues
- Use your knowledge of insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in insurance sales or account management (preferred)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations
- Must have a Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Life & Health license
Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Pasadena CA .
- Our office is open 9:00am - 5:00pm Weekdays.
- We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
- We have 15 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Additional languages spoken: Spanish, Cantonese, and Mandarin
