- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound calling.
- Conduct needs-based assessments to understand clients’ insurance requirements and recommend suitable coverage options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and follow-up.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the agency.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and changes in regulations to effectively educate clients.
- Utilize our CRM system to manage leads, track sales activity, and maintain accurate client records.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies to enhance agency growth.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to analyze client needs and present tailored insurance solutions effectively.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty License.
- A Life/Health License is a plus.
- Proficiency in using technology and CRM systems.
