What You’ll Do:
- Reach out to potential customers through calls, networking, and referrals
- Listen to customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend the best options
- Build strong relationships and provide excellent follow-up service
- Work towards meeting sales goals
- Keep up-to-date with insurance products and industry changes
- Use our computer system to manage customer information and sales activities
- Collaborate with the team to help the agency grow
What We’re Looking For:
- Some sales experience, especially in insurance or related areas, is helpful but not required
- Friendly and clear communicator who enjoys helping people
- Self-driven and able to work well both on your own and with others
- Property and Casualty insurance Needed
- Life/Health license is a plus and you can earn more
- Comfortable using computers and customer management tools

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, y Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Pasadena CA .
- Our office is open 9:00am - 5:00pm Weekdays.
- We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
- We have 15 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Additional languages spoken: Spanish, Cantonese, y Mandarin
